Summary

The Senior Manager of Capabilities leads strategic initiatives to build and enhance organizational capabilities across digital, commercial, and operational functions. This role partners with senior leadership to define capability roadmaps, drive transformation projects, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive capability strategy for the organization including digital transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement new tools, processes, and systems.
  • Partner with IT, HR, and Operations to ensure successful capability rollouts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for capability development and change management.
  • Manage budgets and resources for capability projects.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and process automation.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across multiple functions.
