Summary

We commercialize happiness! In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for driving strategic commercial initiatives that enhance customer engagement with the goal to drive revenue and volume growth. Your role will involve leveraging market insights and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions tailored to the unique needs of the channel or customer. 

This role is accountable for translating innovation ideas into executable commercial plans - leading business case development, managing early-stage projects, aligning cross-functionally, and ensuring launches are performance-tracked and system-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitable growth by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the channel or customer’s business and establishing professional relationships.
  • Support end-to-end launch plan for all product innovation, inclusive of system SKU rationalization and exit strategies
  • Develop tailored strategies to address emerging challenges, ensuring our commercial objectives tied to innovation are consistently met.
  • Internal sell-in and implementation of regional or national promotional strategies for the introduction of new innovative brands and packages. This includes SKU rationalization to reduce low velocity products to reduce BD&L as well as make room in Distribution Centers for the new SKUs.
  • Actively identify innovation growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer data.
  • Conduct post innovation launch analysis measuring forecasts, execution, and engagement by making any necessary changes to future programs.
  • Collaborate with PRGM on innovation, initiatives and provide selling resources for the frontline and key account teams.
  • Communicate and engage with sales and sales leadership discussing innovation plans, inclusive of all sales tools necessary tied to launch, and drive change post launch as well
  • Create and steward sales and customer programs incorporating strategic and tactical channel activities, along with promotional plans that correspond to the business objectives and strategies of both the customer and ACCB.
  • Develop and drive internal and external alignment of the annual commercial strategy and plan
  • Create and steward brand local acceleration programs, incentives, and commercial marketing programs
  • Represent and support all brands (Coca-Cola and Cross-Franchise) to drive balanced growth in revenue and volume, driving the COP results annually.
  • Lead with PicOS and ESH Culture that generates desired results for both customer and ACCB, linking back to the commercial strategy
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five years’ related experience; preferably in the goods/beverages DSD industry
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures. Maintain quality standards.
  • Travel necessary.
  • Experience in developing successful professional relationships with internal and external customers inclusive of having difficult conversations when necessary
  • Ability to create incredibly detailed and professional internal and external sales presentations / decks
  • Ability to conduct group meetings and present to various size audiences
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to solve problems, work independently
  • Proficient computer application skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability and willingness to learn new platforms and/or tools
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
