Responsibilities

•    Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
•    Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
•    Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
•    Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
•    Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
•    Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
•    Secure company assets.
•    Manage within labor and OPEX budget.

Qualifications

•  5- 10 years of Warehouse Management experience preferred
• Management of 3-5 direct reports (salaried)
• Management of 50-60 indirect reports (hourly)
• Beverage/Food Warehousing experience preferred
• Reports directly to the Distribution Center Manager
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Additional Information

• Salary: $75,000- $95,000 based on experience.
• Opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus based on performance.
