Job Summary

The Digital Content Manager develops and manages digital brand experiences that captivate customers and consumers within multiple channels, customers and platforms. Responsible to taking both the commercial and brand strategy into high-impact activations across the omnichannel landscape with a focus on driving digital engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty through innovative campaigns and creative content, as well as, leveraging our social platforms to engage consumers, employees and customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and develop content for social media accounts, execute communication updates, and monitor activity on social platforms. Partner with marketing to ensure appropriate and accurate records of customer events and product announcements are uploaded to all social media accounts. Responsible for curation of digital content. 
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns for our ecommerce platform (myCoke).  Develop and oversee end to end content creation for both email and web banners including eB2B optimized copy, compelling brand highlights and sales-driven insights.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across all channels to ensure commercial priorities are being leveraged to deliver business plan.
  • Leverage performance data such as heat maps, click-through rates and other metrics to inform and refine future content strategies aimed at boosting engagement and driving sales.
  • Actively engage in team and cross functional calls, regularly contributing ideas to enhance platform performance and lead discussion to promote alignment and strategic collaboration.
  • Attend and participate in training that allows this position to be a resource to others on the customer team to advance the digital content space for our company with our customers (digital shelf, app presence, consumer insights, etc).

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
  • One or more years of experience in copywriting, eB2B-optimized writing, social media management, content creation, or brand management for digital platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing integrated marketing, sales, and social (or social and e-commerce platform) campaigns that generate pipeline and deliver measurable results based on sales-driven insights
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys, account-based strategies, brand/trademark guidelines, ability to use data insights to refine content strategy and improve performance  
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, product marketing and creative design team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and campaign assets
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to stay current on digital trends, platform changes, and digital/ e-commerce/ social best practices as the subject matter expert
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro/Express, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Experience Builder
  • Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
  • 15 precent travel within Heartland Territory

Pay: $82,238 - $97,658 a year
