Job Description
The Analyst – ERP 3 is a member of the Corporate IT Team focused on the internal systems and software the Company uses in the day-to-day operations. This position is also responsible for providing technical and business support in the Payroll area.
What your day will look like:
- Interprets and delivers reports and analysis
- Identify data that needs tracking to improve business performance
- Participates in functional and business requirements gathering sessions. Experience collaborating and developing relationships with end-users. Provides systems and technical guidance to develop new opportunities with clients and assists with the development of the Business Case
- Collaborates with design, development, and solution management. Interfaces with SAP and non-SAP technical teams for technical specifications and development of customized objects
- Designs, develops, and conducts test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests and system integration tests
- Conducts research to develop and demonstrates application Best Practices. Works directly with end-users and the Business Leadership Team to ensure they are taking advantage of all the features and functions available through the business applications
- Provides support the business application assigned areas’ Master Data and applications, including integration points with other business application modules. Identify and resolve root causes to reoccurring production support issues. Document root cause analysis and issue resolution; update job aids and desk top procedures when appropriate
- Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
- Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- Ability to work with all functional team members
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with complex Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and interfaces
- 4-5 years' experience with SAP Payroll System and SAP Employee Central
- 4-5 years' experience with WorkForce Software or equivalent (WorkDay)
- Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics
- WinShuttle / Precisely preferred
- Spinifex Report writing
- Snowflake and SQL preferred
- Experience with payroll processes (weekly, Monthly, Off-Cycle)
- Knowledge of automation and continuous improvement opportunities - Inquisitive mindset with a focus on identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.

Physical Requirements
Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
