Job Description

The Clerk – Production Operations is responsible for providing administrative support to Production Operations, which includes assisting the department in completing daily work routines and tasks. 

What your day will look like:

  • Performs entries into Production process programs and maintain production databases (including Production Line Monitoring System (PLMS) audits, entries, and reconciliation; production confirmation entries into Coca-Cola One North America (CONA); daily, weekly, and monthly reports; etc.)
  • Compiles and tracks daily production schedules (including final run data, losses, efficiency, etc.)
  • Audits production documentation for accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance
  • Conducts routine audits and training sessions as required
  • Coordinates with the Materials Planner for defective material report (DMR) and raw material issues
  • Works with Inventory Department with reconciliation of inventory, packaging yield, and ingredient discrepancies
  • Creates Excel spreadsheets and Access databases
  • Develops production reports and presentations
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
  • Ability to be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work in high stress environments and be able to multitask
  • Effective interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and show initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Repeated sitting and typing
