Additional Relevant Information: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.  Experience: Two to five years of experience in the customer service management required.  Minimum of one year experience in employee management.  Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.  Basic cold drink equipment knowledge preferred. Must have strong mechanical aptitude

 

General Purpose

The Field Service Supervisor manages a staff of Reactive Technicians, Fountain Installers, and Cooler Movers. Responsibilities include providing superior mechanical equipment service to Cold Drink outlets within an assigned geography, assuring the highest level of soft drink quality possible. This position determines work schedules, identifies and initiates training programs, monitor employee performance, and ensure process and procedures are being followed. The primary responsibility of the service supervisor is to insure our customers are getting quality service on every occasion. The supervisor will spend approximately 80% of the time in the field. The supervisor will handle budget and fiscal responsibility including ongoing operating expense, equipment, fleet and significant part inventories.

Duties and Responsibilities

Coach and develop all direct reports.
Perform annual performance appraisals.
Complete employee documentation as needed.
Coach and administrate corrective action steps with employees.
Coordinate training as part of the implementation of the business plan.
Meet with key customers, assist sales in the development of a total integrated business program.
Analyze service needs utilizing available service reports; execute ride along and cross-functional team feedback.
Ride with Service personnel and in the market.
Ensure data integrity as it relates to service and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
