General Purpose
The Vending Specialist will be accountable for managing dashboard and new portfolio to meet all business requirements at an acceptable level of quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Vending Monthly Report showing financials and KPIs
- Direct Report Planner III Strategic Planning for Vending business
- Create weekly and monthly reporting; finances, data cleanup, field evaluation for VOM.
- Presentation research and creation reports/slides
- Discussion about project status-tasks
- Communication with the ARCA and CCSWB finance teams about PO, Customer, Vendor, Expenses, and Invoices
- Research and repair issue with outlets in the field
- Controller of the pricing matrix from adjustments in the market
- Creation and communicate with vendors on purchases of supplies and assets
- Validate and GR when PO have arrived
- Code and communicate with CCSWB AP and ARCA Invoices validated and paid
- Research, meet, communicate with vendors for projects, testing and inventory
- VMS - Work with VMS team on the following: capabilities, processes, setting up functionality
- VMS - DC; Route planning, warehouse inventory audit
- Trouble shooting with Credit Card Readers, Kiosk, Cradle points, Vender Exchange portal, Cameras
- Creating and learning SAP CCSWB and ARCA processes. Work to keep them unified.
- Forecasting Volume, Revenue and EBITDA
- Ability to travel to multiple DCs
- Communicate with the EFC on asset inventory coming and going from facility
- Work with ARCA and CONA on material creation and purchasing
Qualifications
- AA required Or BA with strong Finance knowledge or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Specific understanding of Excel data analysis and pivot tables
- Understanding of technology software impacting day to day business operations as well as information systems.
- Soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- Experience in preparing financial information for use by non-financial managers preferred
