General Purpose

Our Trainee Program might be for you! Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages’ Trainee Program offers a fast-track, full-time opportunity designed to help cultivate future leaders. This 24-month program is built for high-performing graduates eager to grow, learn, and contribute to meaningful, high-impact initiatives.  

 

As a trainee, you will participate in project assignments within your selected discipline. You will complete rotations designed to deepen your expertise in your specific area of study – such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Information Technology, Human Resources, or other related fields – while collaborating with teams across the organization. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities while working on real business challenges that impact day-to-day operations.  

 

You will work alongside leaders at multiple levels, gaining practical exposure, development, and experience to prepare you for a full-time role upon successful program completion. You will also play a key role in highimpact projects that help you build real experience and position you for an exciting start to your career. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete four project rotations (approximately every six months) within your selected area of study to deepen expertise and broaden business awareness and acumen.  
  • Participate in hands-on learning opportunities guided by direct mentorship from a senior leader. 
  • Build practical skills and gain real‑world experience by collaborating with professionals at multiple levels across your discipline. 
  • Lead multiple projects throughout the program, serving as the project owner and/or lead from initiation through completion. 
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with cross‑functional partners. 
  • Present project updates and final deliverables to supervisors, managers, directors, and senior leadership. 
  • Learn core team routines and processes through day‑to‑day involvement in operational activities. 
  • Follow a defined learning path and structured development plan designed to build essential skills and support your long‑term career growth. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business related areas (Information Technology, Business Analytics)

Bachelor graduation date between January 2025 – May 2026. 

Minimum GPA: 3.0. 

Ability to travel as needed (25% – 50%). 

Proficiency in computer applications and productivity tools. 

Introductory understanding of project management principles. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Problem-solving and results driven or solution focused. 

Self-motivated with the ability to create plans and prioritize key initiatives. 

Able to execute work independently as well as collaboratively with others. 


 


 

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience coordinating or leading academic, volunteer, or internship-based projects from start to finish. 
  • Engagement in academic and community-related activities and projects or equivalent.
