General Purpose

The Talent & Engagement Manager is responsible for the full talent cycle, culture initiatives and executing the annual engagement survey. This position is expected to be a subject matter expert with the SuccessFactors Performance and Succession Modules. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the Talent Management Review Process

  • Prepare and administrate the TMR data and process.
  • Conduct leader training of the TMR process. 
  • Prepare and facilitate the calibration sessions as needed.
  • Develop and supervise the development plan for the High Potential Associates, provide reporting and updates to the leaders. 
  • Administer the Developing Programs: Coaching, Mentoring, Swap, Shadowing, Strategic Projects and the Performance Improvement Plans. 
  • Provide the selection of the internal candidates, based on the person position adequacy and the TMR results. 

Manage the Performance Life Cycle

  • Create timeline for all performance process for the year (reviews, succession planning and year-end merit) 
  • Develop and hold training for the different stages of the performance life cycle
  • Provide reporting and updates on performance for HR team
  • Audit and facilitate the objective definition process
  • Prepare and facilitate the Performance calibration sessions.

Manage the Performance Management Module in SuccessFactors.

  • Map out annual steps for performance forms and launches
  • Administer mass upload of objectives
  • Create and launch succession forms
  • Create Calibration Session within SuccessFactors
  • Provide reporting and dashboards to HRBPs and leaders
  • Create job aids and hold training for performance and succession process

Manage the 360° Process

  • Develop and supervise the execution of the 360° process on the Success Factors Platform, including the forms assignment, the interview process and providing the individual reports.

Manage the Annual Associate Engagement Survey

  • Create and validate associate participation file
  • Create job aids and hold training for the engagement survey
  • Create job aids and training for sharing results and action plans
  • Track completion and provide reporting of action plans

Manage the Inclusion and Diversity Plan

  • Implement the I&D strategy across Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to attract, develop and engage a highly talented and diverse workforce, building diversity processes and capabilities across 7500+ associates in Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages
  • Manage and lead the strategic development and operation of I&D Advisory team (D&I) 
  • Consult with HRBPs, COEs, PAC, HR Communications, Supplier Diversity, Multicultural Marketing, Diversity Business Development, Global, Inclusion & Diversity Fairness, and other internal organizations to ensure I&D alignment and strategic prioritization.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Masters degree desired
  • Experience managing a performance cycle
  • Experience with succession planning 
  • Experience managing engagement surveys
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors
