General Purpose

CCSWB is seeking talented students to develop their knowledge and obtain hands-on experience in real life situations. For this specific project you will have the opportunity to dive into the heart of our HR operations by leading the analysis, documentation, and formal standardization of our Talent Acquisition process – a cornerstone of our success. Through this project you will support strengthening connections with vital organizations and educational partners and streamlining processes to elevate our recruitment effectiveness. This project takes place in Dallas, Texas with a 12-week duration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shadow and assist in high impact projects for the assigned area.
  • Follow the assigned project charter and responsibilities of the project.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals
  • Attend follow up meetings to ensure the adequate execution of the assigned project
  • Provide feedback of the program
  • Coordinate and conduct focus group sessions together with a strategic partner.
  • Analyze feedback to identify leadership gaps and common opportunities.
  • Assist in developing workshops to address identified gaps.
  • Support in organizing and facilitating workshops.
  • Keep track of engagement action plans of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Currently attending bachelor or graduate program
  • 2.8 GPA or higher
  • No experience required
  • Major in business related areas (communication major preferred).
  • Project management knowledge desirable.
  • You are always looking for opportunities to grow your knowledge. 
  • You like to take initiative and take on challenges.
  • You are a team player, but you do great working on your own
