General Purpose

The Strategic Initiative Manager/e-Commerce acts as the subject matter expert on e-commerce, leading the plan and implementation of e-commerce strategy for the company.  Understands and evaluates opportunities in the market.  Consults with customer teams to assist with the implementation of e-commerce strategies.  Understands internal operational routines and collaborates with customer teams and operations to insure bottler meets the needs of e-commerce customers.   


Monitors and reports against e-commerce revenue metrics.  Represents bottler on Coca-Cola North America technology, e-commerce and customer committees.  Develops and implements bottler strategy on myCoke.com.  Analyzes customer behavior and designs campaigns and promotions to drive engagement, trial and purchase through myCoke.com.  Financial responsibilities include:  growing monthly revenue on myCoke.com & growing customer revenue through traditional e-commerce and click and collect customers.  
 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Designs and communicates channel strategy in terms of RTM, myCoke.com and e-commerce to meet long and short- term performance objectives.  
  • Creates and administers customer campaigns on myCoke.com. 
  • Analyzes Customer behavior and develops strategies, campaigns and promotions to drive engagement, purchase behavior and long-term customer retention. 
  • Designs, managers and leads the e-commerce process.
  • Understands operational practices and gaps related to e-commerce operations.   
  • Collaborates with operations, sales and customers to close gaps and better serve customers.   Innovates in e-commerce platform and tracks results and trends regularly for e-commerce customers. 
  • Develops and provides capabilities and training to sales team. 
  • Managers key metrics for myCoke.com and e-commerce:  revenue, gross profit & volume.  
  • Formulate and lead e-Commerce strategy across the company. 
  • Connection between customer teams and field operations regarding e-Commerce opportunities and strategy. 
  • Manage day to day operations and strategy on myCoke.com. 
  • To represent the bottler on CCNA e-Commerce committees  
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Master’s desired.  
  • Sales and Marketing  
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, DSD operations
