This role can report out of DFW, San Antonio, or Houston. 

 

This role supports a Large portfolio including Travel, Colleges, Universities, and other prestige customers

 

General Purpose

Responsible for securing and managing large Food Service On Premise contractual customers with territories typically expanding across multiple Sales Centers, even Market Units, and possibly other Coca Cola bottlers. Maximize sales opportunities and EBITDA by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the customer's business and building enduring relationships based on trust and integrity with that customer's senior management team. Develop and successfully sell customer plans that include multi-year complex contracts, annual Customer Marketing Agreements, strategic and tactical pricing plans, and promotional plans that align with and supports the customer's business objectives and strategies as well as those of AC/CCSWB.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops a customized multi-year business plan/ contract, addressing the critical needs of the customer or channel for existing and new customers while delivering AC/CCSWBEBITDA and volume.
  • Collaboratively develop with customer a strategic plan (price/package) and marketing plans that generates desired results for both the customer and AC/CCSWB
  • Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions making any necessary changes
  • Routine analysis/reporting of EBITDA, volume, promotional plans, account opportunities, and FSOP key business indicators actuals vs plan.
  • Attend trade shows and host customer events that help align ourselves better with the customer
  • Work with other bottler ownership groups as required based on territory and customer
  • Work with Cross Functional Partners to achieve desired contractual EBITDA targets (i.e. PGM, Category Management, Commercial, Equipment Services, local operations).
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years in consumer goods industry
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales/marketing and major account management
  • Experience working with our Economic Analysis (EA) model or similar financial model
  • Experience working with multi-year Contracts
  • Experience working with Neilsen and other syndicated data
  • Experience in developing successful annual business plans, marketing plans, andprice/package plans
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communications skills are a must
  • Working knowledge of CTM/CMA/channel pricing systems preferred
  • Experience in Planning / Forecasting
  • Above average Microsoft Office specifically with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Three years in the Coca-Cola system preferred
  • Prior formal negotiations training preferred
  • 80% travel required
