General Purpose

The PMO and Finance Manager is accountable and responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the delivery of IT projects on-time and within budget and scope to meet all Business requirements at an acceptable level of quality. In addition, this role is responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the financials of the IT organization to ensure compliance with CCSWB’s financial accounting practices and standards.
Publish and communicate comprehensive PMO reports and dashboards on a periodic basis in-line with project governance requirements to support the detailed status tracking of all active projects 
Partner and collaborate with the Arca Continental Corporate IT PMO to ensure that the CCSWB PMO project methodologies are aligned with their project management and governance standards
Lead, direct and provide guidance to the Project Manager roles of the Project Management Office in all aspects of project management and delivery
Assign and effectively lead the PMO resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects to deliver on-time, within budget and scope to meet all Business requirements, and at an acceptable level of quality

Duties and Responsibilities

Assign and effectively lead the PMO resources to ensure the flawless execution of projects to deliver on-time, within budget and scope to meet all Business requirements, and at an acceptable level of quality
Partner and collaborate with CCSWB leaders, and external organizations e.g. CONA and third-party suppliers, to understand their project management requirements and determine the appropriate level of PMO engagement to support their needs
Use measurable defined success criteria to track and report the health and performance of PMO supported projects throughout all project lifecycle phases
Escalate and communicate the appropriate recommended action to manage and mitigate any risks associated with changes in a project’s scope, schedule and/or costs
Conduct periodic project audits to report on compliance with the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AC IT project methodology standards
Conduct and facilitate a key learnings session for each project to learn from any past opportunities and document these to promote continuous improvement of the PMO best practices
Conduct and facilitate a monthly PMO review of all active projects with the IT Leadership Team
Develop and maintain the twelve month rolling estimate “IT Project Roadmap” and associated “IT Resource Capacity Model” to forecast the resource capacity needs for the IT organization, and partner with the IT Leadership Team to recommend appropriate action when over-capacity or under-capacity is identified
Keep up to date with industry best practices in project management e.g. Agile methodology and be a thought leader in recommending the appropriate project management methodology to be used for a project
Lead, direct and provide guidance to the Finance Specialist role in all aspects of IT finance
Conduct the monthly financial close process and analyze and prepare supporting financial reports e.g. waterfall charts, rolling estimates, variance tracking
Lead the monthly IT Financial Review meeting to present the OPEX and CAPEX results and recommend appropriate action to be taken when IT expenditure is not in-line with budget
Plan and lead the annual IT budgeting/Business Planning (BP) process to ensure that every CCSWB functional area provides comprehensive input for their future technology needs through multiple review iterations whilst adhering to the CCSWB Finance Business Plan submission deadline
Lead and coordinate the creation of the medium to long-term five year OPEX and CAPEX Business Plan
Maintain the IT Project Priority Tracker tool to accurately measure and monitor that IT spend is tracking against plan and communicate any out of tolerance conditions as they relate to spend totals and rate of spend over time
Ensure the accurate capitalization of all fixed assets for each IT project 
Partner and collaborate with the AC Corporate IT Finance team to provide monthly financial reports and ad-hoc query requests
Partner and collaborate with the CCSWB IT Finance team to ensure that all financial processing, reporting standards and timelines are routinely met, respond to ad-hoc query requests, and ensure alignment on the IT financial data being reported at the CCSWB monthly MOR with the AC Executive Leadership Team
Partner and collaborate with the IT Leadership Team to ensure that they are provided with the necessary financial analysis and reporting for fiscal control of their areas, and that they comply with CCSWB’s financial standards and practices
Partner and collaborate with the CONA Finance team on the CONA monthly reporting review and the annual budgeting process for CCSWB’s CONA OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Partner and collaborate with the BSNA accounting teams to ensure that all BSNA SLAs are met
Lead and coordinate the IT response for the annual external audit

Qualifications
  • Required: BA/BS
  • Desirable: PMP Certification / Computer Science / Computer Information Systems / Accounting or Finance, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial information for use by non-financial managers required
  • Minimum of five years project management experience in delivering technology projects required
  • Understanding of technology software impacting day to day business operations as well as information systems required
  • Soft drink industry or consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Specific understanding of Excel data analysis and pivot tables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
