General Purpose

This position will be supporting reporting requirements for the Corporate Human Resources Department and provide data to stakeholders pertaining to Human Resources, Policies, Labor, and Regulatory matters. This position will be part of Corporate Human Resources team & reports to the Group Director – Human Resources. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate reports in SuccessFactors, SAP ECC systems, Workforce, and other reporting tools for all HR reports covering the entire spectrum of HR activities.
  • Ensure report quality to meet the needs of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to end users.
  • Serve as a layer of quality control ensuring that all reports meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Develop new reports to meet the changing requirements to analyze different areas.
  • Partner with both end users (HR Department) and IT to translate the requirements for IT development or enhancements.
  • Adjust reports to align with changes in client and business needs.
  • Aid in the migration of legacy reports to an automated and highly sustainable state.
  • Perform periodic analysis of all Benefit Programs ensure regulatory compliance. Submit after legal review any reports required by State or Federal agencies.
  • Perform periodic analysis of all Compensation Programs ensure regulatory compliance. Submit after legal review any reports required by State or Federal agencies.
  • Assist in the Annual Develop Data package for all Affirmative Action Plans and perform appropriate statistical analysis of plans. 
  • Develop and distribute quarterly reports to monitor results against Affirmative Action Plan Goals.
  • Maintain a Data Base of all Company Employment Policies. Procure and distribute all required government and company policy postings for all facilities. 
  • Audit to ensure compliance.
  • Perform payroll and timekeeping audits.
  • Perform Wage audits for CBAs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5 years of experience as a HR Analyst (labor and employment experience preferred). 
  • 2-3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Reporting, SAP, SpinifexIT reporting Workforce and other reporting tools.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Dashboard for reporting or the creation of automated metric dashboards. 
  • Analytical mindset to understand the requirement to provide reports to meet business requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
