General Purpose

The Wholesale Manager acts as the subject matter expert on FSOP specifically Wholesale customers, leading the plan and implementation of FSOP strategy for the company.  Understands and evaluates opportunities in the market.  Consults with customer teams to assist with the implementation of FSOP Wholesale strategies.  Understands internal operational routines and collaborates with customer teams and operations to insure bottler meets the needs of FSOP customers.   Manages the team leading Wholesale customer relationships. Monitors and reports against FSOP Wholesale revenue metrics.  Represents bottler on Coca-Cola North America FSOP and customer committees related to Wholesale.  Develops and implements bottler strategy for FSOP Wholesale.  Analyzes customer behavior and designs campaigns and promotions to drive engagement, trial and purchase.  Collaborates with Business Services North America, Sales Planning and Logistics, RGM, Legal and Field Sales to support FSOP initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Financial responsibilities include growing monthly revenue & growing customer revenue for FSOP Wholesale customers.
  • Formulate and lead FSOP Wholesale strategy across the company.
  • To represent the bottler on CCNA committees.
  • To manage Wholesale customer relationships.
  • To serve as a liaison with Business Services North America related to Wholesale
  • Will act as the connection between customer teams and field operations regarding FSOP Wholesale opportunities and strategy.
  • Designs and communicates the Wholesale channel strategy to meet long and short- term performance objectives. 
  • Creates and administers customer campaigns. 
  • Analyzes Customer behavior and develops strategies, campaigns and promotions to drive engagement, purchase behavior and long-term customer retention.
  • Designs, manages and leads FSOP strategy. Understands operational practices and gaps related to Wholesale operations.  
  • Collaborates with operations, sales, RGM, BSNA and customers to close gaps and better serve customers.   
  • Collaborates with Sales Capability to develop and provide capabilities and training to sales team to develop FSOP Wholesale channel.
  • Manages key metrics for FSOP:  revenue, gross profit & volume. 
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s desired.
  • 5+ years’ Sales and Marketing Experience 
  • Familiarity with ARTM, Wholesale, DSD operations and Food Service On-Premise
