At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we’re building the future of our workforce one sip at a time. Our Sales & Operations Internship Program gives college students a hands-on opportunity to experience how our brands come to life on shelves, in coolers, and in the community. This isn’t a “coffee run” internship – it’s an immersive, field-based experience designed to prepare you for a career in sales, operations, or leadership within the Coke Northeast system.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support Market Execution: Partner with the sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer coverage.
  • Follow the Full Case Journey: Learn how products flow from warehouse to shelf through shadowing, ride-along, and distribution exposure.
  • Engage with Customers: Participate in store visits, product placements, promotional activations, and customer-facing events.
  • Develop Actionable Insights: Deliver a final business presentation showcasing your data recommendations to improve market execution.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside sales, operations, and merchandising teams to understand the full scope of the Coke Northeast business.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently or recently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a driving record that meets company policy.
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
