- Compensation: $68,000 - $75,000 per year dependent on experience+ incentive eligible
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12 PM- completion, roughly 10 hours per day (end time may vary depending on business need)
- Basic Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred. Experience within an automated warehouse is a plus.

Job Description
The Automated Warehouse Systems Operator/Supervisor is responsible for operating the computer systems associated with the automated warehouse including but not limited to horizontal conveyers, infeed/outfeed units, robotic palletizing/de-palletizing cells and custom software. Additionally, this position must plan for and participate in daily activities alongside the system maintenance team as well as warehouse shift supervisors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system constraints by utilizing custom software and/or balancing resources as needed to run efficiently.
- Monitor system buffers, assess system stoppages and determine best course of action to maintain system up-time
- Manage inventory within automated warehouse system and SAP
- Direct technicians and operators to respond to and clear all system alarms in a prioritized and timely manner.
- Escalate serious issues to on/off-site customer support and automation managers
- Provide feedback on system performance to supplier engineers, internal engineers, technicians and on-site leadership team
- Apply learned system knowledge, relay relevant information to engineers, and modify procedures as needed
- Assist and train other automation team operators in troubleshooting and repairs as directed
- Maintain and enforce standards of health, safety, hygiene and security
- Make recommendations and implement processes to improve the overall productivity of automation as well as the quality and safety of warehouse operations
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
- 2+ years of Beverage Industry experience required (Manufacturing or Warehouse focus preferred)
- Experience in a computer or automation environment preferred
- Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred
- Demonstrated technical ability; desire to learn new equipment and assist team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with advanced machinery that generates high volume noise during operations. This role requires standing and walking for long periods of time, as well as varying warehouse temperatures due to machinery or environmental conditions.
