At Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, we’re building the future of our workforce one sip at a time. Our Sales & Operations Internship Program gives college students a hands-on opportunity to experience how our brands come to life on shelves, in coolers, and in the community. This isn’t a “coffee run” internship – it’s an immersive, field-based experience designed to prepare you for a career in sales, operations, or leadership within the Coke Northeast system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Support Market Execution: Partner with the sales teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer coverage.
- Follow the Full Case Journey: Learn how products flow from warehouse to shelf through shadowing, ride-alongs, and distribution exposure.
- Engage with Customers: Participate in store visits, product placements, promotional activations, and customer-facing events.
- Develop Actionable Insights: Deliver a final business presentation showcasing your data recommendations to improve market execution.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside sales, operations, and merchandising teams to understand the full scope of the Coke Northeast business.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program.
- At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
- A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a driving record that meets company policy.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
