Job Description

The Senior Director of On‑Premise reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for setting and executing the company’s on‑premise strategy to drive growth and profitability. This role provides leadership across all on‑premise channels—including bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues—and works closely with cross‑functional partners to strengthen market presence and performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an on‑premise strategy aligned with company objectives, market conditions, and consumer trends.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to create annual business plans with clear goals, targets, and priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key on‑premise customers, including national accounts, regional chains, and independent operators.
  • Optimize portfolio and pricing strategies to drive volume, share, and profitability.
  • Lead and develop the on‑premise sales team, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for results.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market expansion, emerging trends, and new business development.
  • Oversee promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Manage budgets and performance, taking corrective action as needed to achieve financial targets.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Coke Northeast in the various Brand Partner Routines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within beverage or consumer packaged goods.
  • Deep knowledge of on‑premise channels and customer dynamics.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high‑performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong focus on results.
  • Utilization of Technology and Data to steward channel planning and execution.
  • Implementing Best Practices across the organization to deliver continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
