Job Description
This is NOT a remote position - located in our Bedford NH office. We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team and play a key role in strengthening and advancing our security program. This position will support security operations, identity and access management (IAM), incident response, and vulnerability management, while helping to mature processes and mentor junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity for a cybersecurity professional who enjoys both hands-on technical work and contributing to the growth of a developing security program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Security Operations & Incident Response
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidentsLead or support incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and root cause analysisDevelop and maintain incident response playbooks and procedures
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Oversight
Oversee and support IAM processes across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra IDReview and improve access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controlsSupport MFA, Conditional Access policies, and identity governance initiatives
Vulnerability & Risk Management
Coordinate vulnerability scanning and remediation effortsPartner with IT and business teams to prioritize and track remediationAssist in risk assessments and security reviews
Compliance & Documentation
Support internal and external audits (e.g., SOX, NIST, internal controls)Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and proceduresParticipate in access reviews and compliance reporting
Security Tooling & Monitoring
Support and optimize security tools such as Microsoft Defender, SIEM platforms, and identity security solutionsAssist with tuning alerts, improving detection capabilities, and reducing false positives
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Mentor and support junior cybersecurity analystsAssist in developing training materials, runbooks, and operational documentationCollaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve security posture
Job Requirements
Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field
- Experience with:
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Incident response or security operations
- Identity and access management concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP security or enterprise application access management
- Familiarity with:
- Microsoft Defender / Sentinel or other SIEM/EDR tools
- Vulnerability management platforms
- NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, SC-300, CISSP)
