  • Help establish and maintain an enterprise SharePoint hub that provides a consistent, intuitive experience across departments and locations.
  • Create and maintain reusable site templates, page templates, naming standards, governance controls, and lifecycle practices to improve consistency and reduce duplication.
  • Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Viva, and related modern workplace services in coordination with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Communications, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop user guides, knowledge articles, quick-reference materials, and role-based training for Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and other supported platforms.
  • Lead demonstrations, office hours, workshops, and targeted adoption activities for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote responsible use of Copilot and other AI-enabled tools by reinforcing data handling, security, privacy, and governance expectations.
  • Evaluate and implement low-code/no-code solutions using SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools when appropriate.
  • Monitor service health, usage, adoption, storage, permissions, and configuration; troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations with Microsoft or other partners.
  • Maintain technical documentation, solution inventories, support procedures, and change records.
  • Participate in testing, release planning, and change management for Microsoft 365 updates and new capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions follow accessibility, records management, information protection, retention, and cyber security requirements.
  • Support additional enterprise applications and digital workplace initiatives as the role evolves.

Job Requirements

  • Experience creating documentation and delivering training to users with varied levels of technical comfort.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow work through to completion.
  • Understanding of information security, data privacy, records retention, accessibility, and least-privilege access principles.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, adoption, or Copilot are preferred.
