Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Overview

As an IT Intern, you’ll work alongside our technology team to support internal platforms, improve digital tools, and help build out new AI-driven capabilities. This role is perfect for students interested in IT, systems, automation, or emerging tech — and who want real-world experience to add to their resume.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform & IT Support

Assist with day-to-day support of internal IT platforms and tools
Help maintain and improve systems used across departments
Document processes and create user-friendly guides for teams
SharePoint & Collaboration Tools
Build and organize SharePoint templates for internal teams
Improve document management and collaboration workflows
Help design pages that make information easy to find and use

AI & Innovation Projects

Support the development of AI-powered tools and automation
Assist with testing and rollout of new AI capabilities

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program.
Majoring in Information Rechnology, Computer Science, MIS, Data, or related field
Interest in IT Platforms, automation, or AI (experience is a plus but not required)
At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a driving record that meets company policy.
Willingness to travel as needed.
