Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Overview

 

As an IT Intern, you’ll work alongside our technology team to support internal platforms, improve digital tools, and help build out new AI-driven capabilities. This role is perfect for students interested in IT, systems, automation, or emerging tech — and who want real-world experience to add to their resume. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Platform & IT Support

 

  • Assist with day-to-day support of internal IT platforms and tools
  • Help maintain and improve systems used across departments
  • Document processes and create user-friendly guides for teams
  • SharePoint & Collaboration Tools
  • Build and organize SharePoint templates for internal teams
  • Improve document management and collaboration workflows
  • Help design pages that make information easy to find and use

AI & Innovation Projects

 

  • Support the development of AI-powered tools and automation

Job Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program.
  • Majoring in Information Rechnology, Computer Science, MIS, Data, or related field
  • Interest in IT Platforms, automation, or AI (experience is a plus but not required)
  • At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • A valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a driving record that meets company policy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
