Job Description
The Graphic Designer in this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop designs that meet business needs and communicate brand, customer, channel, and operational messages effectively. This role leverages brand guidelines across all the Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast distributed brands to develop both print and digital point of sale for our customers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, as well as experience in design process, asset management and team collaboration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Produces design content across all marketing program needs including but not limited to print point of sale, digital advertising, social media, sponsorship ads, etc.
- Create visual concepts for print & digital point of sale to communicate for internal Sales Centers teams and departments.
- Creative content for MyCoke digital marketing campaigns and website.
- Commercialize selling sheets and/or decks for new item launches, maintain product image assets and brand flow documents, and ad hoc initiatives
- Ability to work within brand guidelines across all distributed brands and other branded concepts throughout the company.
- Support internal Print Shop capabilities and Coke Northeast Digital Storefront with project support and design creative for templates.
- Create internal logo designs that align with Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast brand identity and follows brand guidelines.
- Oversee designs and brand approvals for premiums, custom apparel, and dealer loader orders. Ensure all products maintain brand standards.
- Place all Coca-Cola North America funded special event and sampling orders as requests come in. Coordinate with each sales center to make the delivery, and work with accounts receivable to bill the order back to Coke North America.
- Work in the Coke Northeast Invoice Management System for purchase order maintenance and invoice payment processing.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proficient in Adobe Software Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom). Figma, Sketch and Canva a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Excellent time management skills; demonstrates the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects ensuring that deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
- Work in collaboration with Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast Print Shop do determine optimal materials and processes for printing materials locally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or related discipline preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) & Microsoft Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and time management skills
- Working in Bedford office 100%
- Valid driver’s license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
- Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
