Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic recruiting partner supporting multiple locations across the Marmora, Moorestown, and Philadelphia operations. This role is responsible for managing a high-volume requisition workload, delivering qualified and diverse talent, and ensuring a seamless, compliant hiring process.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands, and close partnership with local leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs. This position requires a minimum of three (3) days per week in-office presence to support collaboration and hiring activities across assigned sites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for designated locations, developing proactive hiring strategies to meet both forecasted and immediate staffing needs
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Managers, and site leadership to understand workforce plans, operational demands, and role requirements
  • Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Prioritize requisition workload effectively, ensuring timely progress and high-quality candidate experience across all openings
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for each role and maintain a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology in alignment with SOPs and requisition management guidelines
  • Apply structured and behavioral interview techniques along with assessment tools to evaluate candidate fit
  • Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to hiring managers related to competitiveness and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and extend competitive offers, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and timely communication
  • Maintain compliance with Affirmative Action Plans and all recruitment policies and procedures
  • Support community outreach, job fairs, and external partnerships to enhance diversity hiring and employer branding within local markets
  • Collaborate closely with local leadership through regular onsite presence to support hiring events, interviews, and workforce planning discussions
  • Manage additional recruitment projects and continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, including passive candidate outreach
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, experience with Success Factors preferred
  • Knowledge of consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus
