Summary

Drives the OE culture and delivers the OE Vision for the function and the development of OE capabilities. Provides expertise and leadership on DMAIC Principles and problem solving to all employees at various levels across the organization. Provides support in achieving the operational productivity targets and identifying Best Practices opportunities. Works to achieve a sustainable continuous improvement site culture while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.     

Responsibilities

  • Certify all projects will align with Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages values and vision.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives with input from stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal and external associates for flawless execution of projects
  • Navigate relationships and input from cross functional teams
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan to share with company leadership
  • Establish tools and techniques to measure project performance
  • Delegate project tasks to associate project team members
  • Create relevant standard operating procedures, workflows and process maps
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.  Lean/Six Sigma Certification required.
  • Minimum three (3) years in consumer beverage industry or project management role, with focus on cost avoidance and savings projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel regionally
  • Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking ability
  • Flex scheduling may be required(nights/weekends)
