Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Oversight
• Supervise weekly payroll processing across multiple Liberty Coca-Cola locations, including Marmora, Moorestown, Philadelphia Production Center (PC), and Philadelphia DC.
• Review and approve employee timecards and vacation requests in Workforce to ensure accuracy and compliance with pay policies.
• Validate payroll data within SAP and SuccessFactors, confirming all earnings, overtime, commissions, and deductions are correct prior to submission.
• Monitor system rejections, punch errors, and pay discrepancies ensuring corrections are made before payroll close.
• Maintain payroll accuracy for hourly, salary, and commission-based employees, including union and non-union groups (drivers, warehouse, and sales teams).
Team Leadership & Support
• Provide guidance and training to payroll clerk/Admin and site contacts supporting Marmora, Moorestown, Philly PC, and Philly DC.
• Act as the main point of contact for supervisors, HR, and Finance regarding payroll inquiries, pay rate updates, and manual adjustments.
• Train new managers on timekeeping, TCAF procedures, and payroll best practices.
• Review and approve pay, returned payments, and retroactive adjustments as necessary.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Lead Payroll updates according to collective bargaining contracts across multiple facilities.
• Manage changes to commission structures in multiple systems to align with strategic sales organization changes.
• Work with HR on onboarding, terminations, pay rate changes, and position transfers.
• Communicate deadlines, policy updates, and pay-related reminders to supervisors and managers across all covered facilities.
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership to ensure all payroll matters are addressed promptly and accurately.
Compliance, Auditing & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with Liberty Coca-Cola internal audit controls.
• Conduct weekly payroll audits to identify and correct discrepancies prior to final processing.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing timesheets, rate change documentation, and payroll summaries.
System Administration & Process Improvement
• Manage and troubleshoot payroll issues within SAP, Workforce, and SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy and smooth integration.
• Partner with IT and corporate payroll teams to resolve system access, badge, and employee setup issues.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce manual entries and increase payroll efficiency across all assigned sites.
Qualifications
High School/GED or Diploma required
Some college preferred
5+ years’ experience in automated office environment required
Excellent phone etiquette
Accurate data entry
Strong organizational skills
Bi-lingual skills a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Microsoft office proficiency
SAP knowledge
Experience working with payroll for collective bargaining associates
Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
