Summary
The Sales Execution Manager (SEM) is Responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximization of market share, sales, and profits. Effectively lead trade execution by working Directly with our customers in both Large Store & Small Store channels of business, Sales Management team, Key Account Executives and Sr Leadership
Success in this role requires collaboration between all National Customers and cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework. The Sales Execution Manager will be responsible for attending meetings and market visits with key decision makers in various chains to foster strong relationships within the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively develop with customer a strategic plan to execute the price/package strategy and generates desired results for both the customer and Coke system
- Supports and manages customer execution using the frontline sales organization
- Foster a fun, results driven work environment that achieves its results in a safe, professional, and ethical environment.
- Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Look of Success (LOS) in all assigned channels to grow market share and develop employees.
- Communicate and Lead all Commercial Plan expectations in assigned customers.
- Create an environment focused on execution results and continuous improvement towards achieving full plan implementation in all accounts.
- Utilize all tools, resources and tracking to effectively impact the market place.
- Establish management routine that ensures communication with all related functions.
- Regularly collaborate with Unit and Local Customer Management resources to inform of all promotional activity.
- Utilize selling Relationships with Key Customers to drive successful execution of plan and Growth.
- Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions and working with the local Key Account team to making any necessary changes
- Sell-in and implement promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages
- Attend trade shows and host customer events that help align ourselves better with the customer
- Work with other bottler ownership groups as required based on territory and customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales required.
- Requires experience managing people/budgets.
- 3+ years supervising sales staff.
- Packaged goods experience preferred; Some beverage experience an asset.
- Intermediate computer and database application skills.
- Ability to create and conduct sales presentations.
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
- lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and light merchandising
