Schedule: Part Time/Seasonal Flexible Scheduling – could include Nights/Weekends
Time Requirements: up to 30 hours per week
Estimated Start Date: October 2025
Estimated End Date: July 2026
Minimum Pay Rate - $20/hr
Maximum Pay Rate - $25/hr
Work Authorization: This job requires US work authorization
Summary
Our FIFA World Cup 2026 Marketing Internship role is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a future leader within our organization, as well as providing an opportunity to learn more about what our organization does. Over the Internship period, you will have the chance to learn about various functions of our Sales, Operations and Marketing department. You will work alongside members of our management team, building relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the organization. In the market, you will be responsible for event logistics and marketing activation for FIFA World Cup 2026, working with internal and external customers to meet the needs of the business. Within the Intern experience, you will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities designed to provide exposure to the business and further develop leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Support FIFA World Cup and America250 marketing activations across Liberty Coca-Cola’s footprint (Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York).
 - Assist with event planning and execution, including setup, customer promotions, product sampling, and brand experiences.
 - Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure point-of-sale materials, displays, and merchandising materials are up to standard.
 - Serve as an on-site brand ambassador at community and customer events tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and America250 Celebrations.
 - Help manage logistics and inventory of event assets, promotional items, and Coca-Cola products within Stadiums, Fan Festivals,
 - Partner Watch Parties and employee events.
 - Contribute to social media content, recaps, and event reporting.
 - Provide administrative and project support to the FIFA World Cup execution team.
 
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts
 - Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
 - Excellent planning and organizational skills
 - Proficient computer application skills
 - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
 - Vehicle required (mileage reimbursement included)
 - Minimum GPA 3.0
 - Ability to lift up to 50lbs
 - Current Undergraduate Student (Junior or Senior preferred)
 - Demonstrated sales and/or customer service experience
 - Proven leadership abilities
 - Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
 - Must have reliable transportation (A personal car that can be used for business purposes)
 - Must be geographically mobile
