Summary
Scheudle is Monday thru Friday – 8:00am-4:30pm
The Distribution Center Administrator performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
Responsibilities
All these processes are tied to internal controls and provide operational effectiveness, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Payroll - Primary POC
- Support daily/weekly payroll approval, time sheet adjustments, TCA forms, driver commissions, sales commissions, payroll audits, etc.
Front office Presence (reception, phones, supplies, etc.)
- (Main Entrance) Welcoming and sighing in employees and visitors
- Monitor building security/card access (C-Cure)
- Fed-Ex inbound/outbound
- Distribute mail
Communication
- Manage internal digital communication
- Support driving culture and employee events
- Bid Sheet postings
Support RPA and cash room processes
- Over/short coding, mail check approvals, and missing document tracking.
- No backup or support leads to driver drops and manual settlement and timing variances
Responsibilities Continued
Purchasing, Ordering & Organizing
- Daily orders for facility needs, P-Crad transactions for meetings and functions, conference room set-ups, parking violation research and payment.
AP Invoice processing
- IMS coding, Invoice research and payment.
HR Onboarding
- HR onboarding/orientation support.
Sales & Distribution Support
- Free goods sales orders.
- Processing sampling events.
Employee Relations & Events
- Schedule & organize onsite/office engagement events.
Qualifications
- High School/GED or Diploma required.
- Some college preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in automated office environment required.
- Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment required.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- SAP knowledge.
- Experience working with payroll for collective bargaining associates.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
