Summary

Position can be located in either Elmsford, NY or New Windsor, NY

The Business Analyst will use his/her analytical skills to be the go-to resource for the Elmsford / New Windsor team. This position will provide analytical sales & Planning support services driving overall business objectives. He/she will partner cross-functionally with Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages Master Data / Performance Revenue Growth Management / Commercial / Finance / teams to aggregate data and create standardized / ad-hoc reporting. Additionally, this role will develop and deploy strategic sales territory & distribution plans aligned to business strategies. 

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and create financial models for decision support in relation to delivery mode, sales forecasting, operating expense (OPEX) management and capital investment decisions
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel Dashboards
• Enable the sales force to understand and make key decisions against outlet performance and sales representation utilization.
• Work closely with the Commercial Finance team to develop weekly financial and sales reporting
• Lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives that improve quality and efficiencies in the Distribution Center and continually improve the planning functions
• Produce information and perform data analysis to identify opportunities in a dynamic marketplace to maximize profitability, and support effective and efficient Planning and Field Operations execution (including warehouse and merchandising)
• Expert on the end-to-end Planning systems (CONA SAP, TRP, EasiTrax, LEO etc.) to ensure data accuracy and optimal use of the applications
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Accounting)
• 1-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions and familiarity with data query/data
• PowerPoint
