Summary

The schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm.

Performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center. Submits daily route deposits, driver over and short research and resolution (cash and product/load).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify end of day driver paperwork
• Run daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settled
• Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)
• Finalize driver Handheld and adjust any reconciling items
• Research Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment Manager
• Maintain Missing Documents Log
• Maintain driver compliance, settlement reconciliation and driver deposit log 
• Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues
• Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP 
• Submit daily check deposits via check scanner and banking portal
• Monitor credit card payments through Clover portal
• Works closely with distribution, settlement and cash teams to identify and correct variances

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
• Experience in cash room environment preferred
• Sitting (80%), bending, walking and kneeling
• Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
