Minimum Salary: $80,000.00

Maximum Salary: $110,000.00

The Alternate Route to Market (ARTM) Account Executive is the primary Liberty Coca Cola contact for Alternate Route to Market (ARTM) Customers and Distributors. AE partners with Distributor Customers to influence annual plans which support business objectives.

 

The Alternate Route to Market (ARTM) Account Executive is responsible for the customer relationship along with increasing the business by selling products within his or her sales territory. The AE also acts as the company’s expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy for national and local ARTM customers internally, and across the geography. AE ensures flawless execution of programming throughout the organization, working across functions including, Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Leadership, and Field Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Leads strategic, executive relationship building with national and local ARTM and Distributor Customers. Responsible to lead headquarter call point with key customers to develop and expand plans for alternate sourcing of product for current FSOP customers.
  • Acts as customer contact lead for collaboration and influence with assigned customers.
  • Develops Annual Business Plan with customer, National Distribution Organization, and Coca Cola North America that outline key strategies and initiatives for Liberty Coca-Cola growth plan.
  • Responsible for customer price package plan decisions to achieve overall customer, volume and profit goals. Partners directly with Field Leadership, Supply Chain and other partners to ensure effective execution of strategies.
  • Manages communication and direction to local sales teams, in conjunction with the FSOP Directors, to ensure full execution of strategies and programs are being accomplished.
  • Aligns resources to implement marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget. Works with RGM and Finance to verify profitability and operational savings are being achieved as planned.
  • Interfaces with sales operations organization to ensure a general management approach to the segment, bringing strategic value opportunities to the customer that span the capabilities of LCCB.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing market guidelines, sales initiatives, and programs.
  • Acts as internal ARTM channel customer expert, providing input based on customer strategies/insights and inform future Commercial Strategy for year over year growth.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • 3-5 years in consumer goods industry 
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales/marketing and major account management 
  • Experience working with Neilsen and other syndicated data 
  • Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers 
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills are a must 
  • Above average computer skills 
  • Two years in the Coca-Cola system preferred 
  • Working knowledge of CTM/CMA/channel pricing systems preferred 
  • Experience using UFP and KAEPs preferred 
  • 50% Travel
