Summary

Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC is the Tri State areas distributor for one of the world’s most loved, recognized, and powerful brands. The Internship Program is a 8-10 week summer internship for individuals interested in becoming a future leader within our organization as well as provide an opportunity to learn more about what our organization does. Over the internship, you will have the chance to learn about various functions of our business. You will work alongside members of our management team, building relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the organization. In the market, interns will be responsible for working with internal and externals customer to meet the needs of the business.  Within the summer experience, interns will have the chance to participate in a variety of activities and collateral projects designed to provide exposure to the business and further develop leadership skills.  Top performers have the opportunity to return to Liberty Coca Cola Beverages LLC after completion of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the overall vision for Liberty Coca-Cola’s Beverage experiential department.
• Be the brand at retail, street samplings, events, and tradeshows.
• Oversee the consumer engagement to ensure the brand’s personality and messaging is being conveyed. Striving for one-on-one interactions with consumers.
• Help coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics for each sampling event.
• Support the Experiential Specialist with the tasks needed activate the sampling event.   
• Work as a partner with other schedule staff to coordinate a seamless experience for consumers.
• Maintain cleanliness of event vehicles and event assets.
• Help recap and track all sampling activations.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.  

Qualifications

• Demonstrates personal leadership skills, time management skills, and has self-sufficient proactive skills.
• Demonstrates creative and strategic thinking ability.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% (with in Liberty area)
• Flex Scheduling may be required (nights /weekends/Holidays)
