Summary

As a Merchandiser with Liberty Coca‑Cola Beverages, you’re the person who makes sure our products are easy for customers to find — stocked, faced, rotated, and looking sharp every day. You’ll travel to different retail stores, build positive relationships with store teams, and safely help bring The Look of Success to life by keeping displays clean, organized, and eye‑catching. This is a great role for someone dependable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment without constant supervision.

The Lead Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts. This position will be accountable for keeping inventory records and writing replenishment orders on designated weekend accounts (or other possible exceptions), maintaining data entry and transmission of written orders, while keeping open communication between Merchandising Supervisor, Account Manager, Store Management and Store Personnel.

Responsibilities

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence; Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle available for daily work use.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in tight or crowded spaces.
• Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and follow all food‑handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of completing tasks independently and on time.

Physical Requirements

Ability to:

• Repeatedly lift and carry products up to 50 lbs. from the ground, low shelves, or up to shoulder height.
• Bend, kneel, stand, and perform continuous physical tasks for several hours at a time, such as stocking low shelves or reaching into coolers.
• Use proper posture and safe body mechanics when lifting and moving cases throughout the store.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle to travel between stores.
• Read and follow plan‑o‑grams and written set instructions accurately.
• Work comfortably in backrooms or storage areas with varying temperatures.
