Summary

This is a second shift position start time is 2pm. 

Responsible for supervising PC warehouse personnel with outbound loading activities to DCs, NTS and D&H customers. Shipping of requested raw materials and other shipping projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities: train, develop and evaluate team members.
• Mentor and monitor warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
• Maintain FEFO & Bin Match targets.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assist and maintain product loss control.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Support maximum/optimum fleet utilization.
• High level of Customer Service focus and response required as an operations liaison to the Sales Centers.
• Review, monitor and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
• Computer and database application skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift experience preferred.
