Job Overview
The Business Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all EQS functions and providing and maintaining detailed and complex data models used to drive all EQS functions. This role is responsible for providing regular operational and analytical support to EQS senior leadership; maintaining departmental processes and policy documents, and serving as project leader for various department initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides analytical support, and data models to assist departmental leadership with ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness of department functions, programs, and processes
- Observes problem trends on frequent issues and documents, learnings, and solutions; tracks compliance, and reports on functionality to the appropriate business partner to support business operations and to improve processes
- Supports the standardization, compliance, review, and communication of Equipment Services policies, process, and procedure documents, departmentally and across the organization
- Supports and leads various projects and initiatives for the EQS department, including but not limited to providing reporting and processing updates to leadership
- Administers business process, policy, and procedure documentation and optimization
- Oversees standardization, compliance, review, update, and communication of policies, process, and procedure documents
- Maintains training records
- Facilitate, schedule communications with management and stake-holders
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access with above-average analytical problem-solving skills required
- Must have the ability to understand, update and maintain complex business models with the ability to summarize data and communicate ideas to various levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of work experience in a role supporting management functions or reporting
- College study preferred in Finance, Business, Business mathematics or Computer modeling
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
