Job Overview

The EQS Billing Coordinator II is responsible for capturing revenue and overseeing the end-to-end billing process for NAOU (National Office) from work performed by CCCI to payment received.  This position will adjust and submit invoices resolving any errors or variances related to all aspects of work completed.  This role will give guidance to Equipment Territory Managers and field personnel, as well as being the liaison for NAOU to settle all billing related discrepancies.  The EQS Billing Coordinator II will provide summary reports on billing data and will need the capability to use multiple billing systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Responsible for correction/validation all NAOU invoices for Coke Consolidated
•    Engaging with field managers and NAOU partners to analyze and solve billing errors and variances
•    Responsible for updating data to Equipment Territory Managers on Sharepoint site
•    Facilitate resolution of disputes 
•    Partner on corrections or improvements to billing systems
•    Able to be flexed to call leads and confirm billing information for ERS, our third-party business, as needed
•    Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree at least 3 years of college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through at least 3 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

•    Prior accounts receivable, financial or analytical experience
•    Customer and/or lead management experience
•    FSL or Salesforce Experience
•    SAP Experience
