Job Overview

The Warehouse Internship provides undergraduate students with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, analytics, and continuous improvement within the Consumer-Packaged Goods and Beverage (CPGB) industry.

Throughout the 12-week internship, interns will work alongside Warehouse Operations leaders and teammates to gain an understanding of day-to-day operations while owning a meaningful business project. Interns will use data, technology, problem-solving, and process improvement methodologies to evaluate real operational challenges, develop solutions, and deliver actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.In addition to project work, interns will gain broader exposure to Coca-Cola Consolidated and Product Supply through warehouse operations experiences, facility tours, team meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and interactions with business leaders.

This is a seasonal, part-time paid opportunity, with interns working up to 40 hours per week throughout the 12-week summer internship. At the conclusion of the experience, interns will present their project findings, recommendations, and key learnings to business leaders. Successful interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities upon graduation based on individual performance and business hiring needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gains hands-on exposure to Warehouse Operations through job shadowing, facility experiences, team meetings, and engagement with warehouse leaders and teammates

  • Owns an assigned warehouse business project focused on operational efficiency, productivity, analytics, technology, process improvement, or other identified business needs

  • Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate current-state performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations

  • Collaborates with Warehouse Operations leaders, frontline teammates, and cross-functional partners to gather insights, validate findings, and develop project solutions

  • Prepares and presents project findings, business impact, and actionable recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the program

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Must possess excellent organizational, communication and time management skills

  • Strong MS Office computer skills are also desired

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

Office Environment, but may vary depending on project work assigned
