Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the vending business for CCCI. The position focuses on driving profitable growth by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and engaging directly with key customer stakeholders. Serving as a subject matter expert, this individual will develop and implement strategies for contracts, equipment planning, customer compliance, volume growth, and the financial evaluation process. Additionally, the role will play a critical part in shaping the commercial plans, setting targets, ensuring clear internal communication, and monitoring execution across all field teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leverages internal and customer reporting to optimize execution and contract compliance
- Proactively builds and monitors vending strategies for multiple Food Service On-Premise (FSOP) channels and stakeholders that help fuel growth
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, Field sales, etc.) to create and maintain contract process
- Influences strategy and manages correspondence for contracted vending customers between The Coca-Cola Company, customer headquarters, and all internal teams
- Actively spending time in the market on RED rides with OPCDMs, LSRs, and customer meetings
- Monitors budgets for sales, equipment, and commissions
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Selling skills or experience with face to face interaction
- Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills are a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient with Office-based platforms (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong presentation abilities
- Strategic ability to turn insights into actions
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of CCCI and customer operational strategy and execution
- Possess a broad understanding of the assigned customer channels, the competition, and the marketplace
- Familiar with strategies and financial priorities within large national customers and full line operators (FLOs)
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with other departments to accomplish goals and objectives
- Ability to develop, negotiate, and execute local programs with the leadership teams of their customer base
- Ability to build rapport to achieve a strategic partnership status with their customer base
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- Valid driver's license

- Location: Flexible, preferred Charlotte, NC
- Travel: Up to 50%
