Job Overview
The Teammate Connection Hub Representative II is responsible for high volume, transactional work focused on daily compliance administration. This position serves as a point of contact for resolving escalated HR-related inquiries and teammate requests with expertise, quality and efficiency. Core responsibilities include managing I-9 compliance, leader support, and corporate onboarding. The Teammate Connection Hub Representative II manages specialized tasks and contributes to service improvement initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily unemployment compensation and I-9 compliance processes Respond to escalated HR-related questions via email, or ticketing system
- Respond to escalated HR-related questions via email, or ticketing system
- Process routine employee data changes
- Process ad hoc reporting requests when HR data is requested
- Ensure Manage Pending Hire processes are completed successfully and resolve errors
- Support data entry for MSS activities
- Support corporate onboarding
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proven ability to work swiftly but conscientiously to serve the needs of teammates while remaining attentive to others in queue.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including experience handling disheartened callers in a professional manner.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to strong interpersonal skills to assist employees and managers of all levels.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work.
- Excellent keyboard skills which includes MS Office skills to create routine correspondence, reports or presentations
- HR software experience preferred
- Exhibits strong ability to effectively partner with HR Service Center Team and others (HR and other operations).
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a service center environment; additional consideration given for PHR/SHRM-CP certification
Work Environment
In an office environment 4 days a week at our corporate location in South Park (Charlotte, NC)
