Job Overview
The Senior Project Manager, Transformation is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives that support the evolution of the company’s Route-to-Market (RTM) model across Sales, Service, and Field Operations. Reporting into Transformation leadership, this role translates strategic direction into structured programs and projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital/IT, and Operational Excellence teams to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling transformation success by providing strong governance, disciplined execution, and effective change support across field and corporate teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Transformation Program & Project Execution
- Lead end-to-end executiondelivery of RTM transformation projects, from scope definition and planning delegated by the Senior Director, Transformation, from planning through implementation and stabilization.
- Translate enterprise transformation strategies and roadmaps into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with interdependencies across Sales, Service, and Field Operations.
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and financial impacts to Transformation leadershipthe Senior Director, Transformation, and key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with Capabilities, Customer Excellence, Operational Excellence, and Digital/IT teams to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to drive clarity on requirements, roles, timelines, and success metrics.
- Support alignment between corporate teams and field leadership to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and executable.
Process Tools & Field Enablement
- Support implementation of new or enhanced RTM processes related to selling, ordering, that improve selling, delivery, merchandising, and service execution.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and phased rollouts in collaboration with field teams.
- Identify execution gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting adoption or performance.
Change Management & Communication
- Execute change management plans to support adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities.
- Develop communication materials, training plans, and rollout support in partnership with change and training teams.
- Act as a liaison between transformation leadership and field teams, gathering feedback and escalating risks.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to track project KPIs, operational metrics, and financial benefits.
- Analyze project results and field feedback to identify opportunities for refinement and continuous improvement.
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating approaches.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of RTM concepts, field selling, delivery, merchandising, or service operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiplelarge, cross-functional projects involving numerous stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- 1 to up to 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in project or program management within CPG, beverage, DSD, distribution, or field-based operations.
Work Environment
Office-based role with periodic travel to field operations, customer locations, and transformation working sessions.
