Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Real Estate is responsible for the Company’s real estate portfolio, including the management of existing sites, new developments, and dispositions. In addition, this role will contribute to the development and implementation of short and long-term real estate strategies to maximize value, drive cost efficiency, and ensure the portfolio supports business plans. This role will also lead internal teams (project managers, lease administrators) and external partners (brokers, contractors, architects) for strategic construction and facility project, including the management of the capital and operating budgets of the projects. This role will need to collaborate well with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external parties to ensure alignment and successful execution. The expectation in is this role will be in the field 25-50% of the time to ensure relationships with field leadership is maintained.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations of the field real estate portfolio, including maintenance and repair projects, including engaging with landlords.
- Lead new real estate construction or real estate expansion projects, including managing the capital budget and project timelines for completion.
- Manages the field facilities maintenance software/service (Corrigo) used by the field for vendor selection and management.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, operations and external real estate brokerage firm on lease renewals, property acquisition or development.
- Coordinate with field leadership to manage and maintain the real estate portfolio.

Project Management – Ability to balance a wide array of projects/tasks and meet key timelines
Communication – Ability to keep internal and external parties abreast of the current state of a project or facility need.
Decision Making – Ability to make decisions on behalf of the company to maintain the continuity of operations while maintaining conscious of budget constraints.
Planning – Ability to plan to help the business make good long-term strategic decisions (e.g. maintain a cadence of lease expiration discussions for our real estate portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Operations, or Engineering preferred
