Job Overview
The Sr Manager Identity Management plays a critical leadership role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity and access management (IAM) strategies across the organization. This leader is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital identities, ensuring secure access to systems and data, and driving the adoption of advanced authentication methods, with a special focus on the Coke One North America (CONA) platform and supporting digital transformation initiatives. It is also essential for the leader to possess expertise in Microsoft tools, given our organization's reliance on the Microsoft ecosystem.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of identity creation, modification, and de-provisioning for employees, contractors, and partners. Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Lead the strategy, deployment, and management of MFA solutions to enhance security across all critical systems, including cloud and on-premises environments.
Digital Identity Strategy: Develop and execute the organization's digital identity roadmap, including federation, single sign-on (SSO), privileged access management, and adaptive authentication.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of identity management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure IAM processes and technologies meet regulatory requirements and audit standards. Proactively identify and mitigate security risks related to identity and access.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the subject matter expert for identity management, partnering with business units, IT, security, HR, and external vendors to deliver effective IAM solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in IAM, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve security and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus.
