Job Overview

The Sr Manager, Culture and Care is responsible for developing and deploying strategic plans to deeply embed our Purpose within the organization. This role serves as a key culture partner and ambassador of the Company’s Purpose, deeply connected across the organization and focused on strengthening the teammate experience throughout the full teammate lifecycle. Leading through influence, the role partners with leaders to activate culture, advance servant leadership, and implement engagement strategies that make a meaningful impact. The role advocates the importance of culture, supports programs from conception through execution, and measures effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as a key culture partner, deeply connected in the organization, serving as an ambassador of our Purpose with a keen lens towards teammate experience and culture activation throughout the teammate lifecycle. Leads efforts to cultivate a culture of servant leaders.
  • Manages team; engaging and developing their teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
  • Leads through influence, partnering with leaders across the organization to enable culture strategies, partnering with key leaders for execution.
  • Advocates the importance of our culture, purpose, and the overall impact on positive teammate engagement and recommends proactive culture considerations (programs and initiatives)
  • Partners in activating key initiatives and programs to exemplify our purpose statement and increase teammate engagement. Requires relationships with the local leaders to provide input to target strategic partnerships
  • Supports key Culture and Care programs from conception to implementation
  • Measures and evaluates the success of programs, incorporate feedback into future planning and report on results. Track teammate touchpoints and impact on the business
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Experience in communications, content strategy, internal communications, employer brand, or culture storytelling roles.
  • Strong written storytelling ability; skilled in crafting narratives, scripts, captions, and key messages.
  • Experience managing creative projects, working with production partners, or coordinating content workflows.
  • Strong engagement with frontline teams across plants, warehouses, and field environments.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Experience in purpose-driven or values-led organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute against plans

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 to up to 5 years of relelvant work experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 20–30% across the Consolidated footprint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Event Management
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in communications, content strategy, internal communications, employer brand, or culture storytelling roles

Work Environment

Office environment with travel to Consolidated sales branches, warehouse and manufacturing facilities

4 days in office, 1 day remote
