Job Overview
The Integrated Order & Route to Market Senior Manager will assist in developing, validating, and implementing innovative tools and processes. This role will be the business owner for assigned tools and processes. This role will help develop a tool roadmap through partnering cross functionally, and liaising with key stakeholders to create, implement, and maintain assigned tools. This role will also own the roadmap and continuously improve order generation tools (e.g. Spring Global, OrderSmart, and MyCustomer). This role will also integrate information generated from tools and departments (i.e. Image Recognition, On Shelf Availability and void trackers) to help drive improved results. In addition, the role will be responsible for developing and improving order processes around events such holidays, peak volume periods and Limited Time Offers. This role will have a strong focus in improving the output and adoption of assigned tools, primarily order quality improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partners cross functionally with leaders in the corporate office and in the field to identify performance gaps, leverage data to improve customer service, and to collaborate on process improvement.
- Works with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the route to market strategy, while establishing cross organizational and cross functional relationships
- Works directly with field leaders and end users to understand gaps in order quality, then implements sustainable and scalable mitigation plans.
- Responsible for training field partners on tool, technology and process advancements
- Partners with internal stakeholders and liaises with technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions by producing and circulating roadmaps to align information technology priorities with business partner requirements and strategies; working with developers to ensure technical solutions align with the overall route to market frameworks and design guidelines, while seeking continuous improvement opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7 or more years of knowledge acquired through work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting or other business-related fields of study)
