Job Overview

The IT Development Engineer III is a seasoned ServiceNow administrator with expertise in the following modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and CSDM (Common Service Data Model). The individual will have proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, along with a strong background in PowerShell scripting and Office 365 administration. Additionally, this person will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our ServiceNow environments, optimizing IT operations, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Enterprise Architecture, CMDB, and CSDM modules to support business needs
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions to support the CCCI technical landscape
  • Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows within our ServiceNow environments
  • Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and optimizations while ensuring best practices and security compliance
  • Implement CMDB health and governance strategies to improve data accuracy, asset relationships, and dependency mapping
  • Utilize Operational Intelligence and Predictive AIOps to enhance IT operations and performance monitoring
  • Automate and track the asset lifecycle process from procurement through retirement
  • Develop workflows in the HRSD module to automate employee lifecycle events and enhance the overall employee experience
  • Align CMDB and CSDM data with the Enterprise Architecture frameworks for better decision-making and providing insights into application dependencies, risks, and business impact analysis
  • Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, and webhooks to connect ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
  • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks, system monitoring, and data synchronization with ServiceNow.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
  • Proven expertise in implementation and management of ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, CSDM, and Enterprise Architecture
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, automation tools, integration with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO/SAML
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration
  • Knowledge of Office 365 administration, including security policies, automation, and governance
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, and IT security best practices
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge acquired through 5+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

•    4-Year degree with a concentration in Computer Science, or similar duration of relevant experience
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or ITOM/ITAM/HRSD-specific certifications
•    Knowledge of Cloud Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and IT asset management best practices
•    Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, JavaScript and SQL
