  • Defines analysis approach, requirements strategy, and validation expectations for large or cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes
  • Advises stakeholders, business owners, and product owners on prioritization, roadmap decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs to maximize business value, manage risk, reduce delivery friction, and improve delivery outcomes

  • Leads and improves analysis practices within Agile delivery by raising standards for backlog quality, requirements traceability, testing readiness, issue resolution, and overall delivery effectiveness
  • Partners with business leaders and delivery teams to define release goals, establish acceptance expectations, and confirm completed work satisfies business intent, user needs, and readiness criteria before implementation
  • Designs and delivers executive-ready presentations, requirements reviews, or process briefings for business and technology leaders, adapting messages to the audience and driving clarity on complex issues
  • Supports business value realization by defining success measures, tracing delivered capabilities to intended outcomes, and recommending adjustments to scope, sequencing, or release approach based on results and feedback
  • Provides leadership on the most challenging production and operational issues by guiding root cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional resolution, and identifying systemic improvements that reduce recurring incidents and strengthen business continuity
  • Coaches and mentors Business Analysts I, II, and III and helps establish consistent standards, templates, and practices for the BA community
