Job Overview
The Enterprise Strategy Analyst supports the enterprise Long Range Planning (LRP) process and the development of the company’s multi year strategic direction through data analysis, research, and coordination. This role works closely with Enterprise Strategy team members and functional partners to help translate enterprise strategy into integrated long range plans that consider growth, profitability, and capability investments. The Analyst contributes to ensuring strategic priorities are analytically sound and clearly communicated by preparing analyses, reports, and planning materials that support decision making, resource allocation, and execution rhythms across the organization. They will help synthesize inputs from The Coca-Cola Company, NAOU, internal leadership teams, and market data to support the development and execution of enterprise strategic plans. They will partner with Technology to help roadmap our digital initiatives and help document the narrative of our digital transformation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with Enterprise Strategy teammates to support day to day analyses, research requests, and planning activities.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research (e.g., category trends, consumer behavior shifts, macro drivers) to inform strategic discussions and planning materials.
- Support the enterprise and functional strategic planning processes by collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Help coordinate inputs across cross functional partners (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR) to support integrated planning efforts.
- Assist with the enterprise Long Range Planning (LRP) process by preparing inputs, tracking assumptions, and maintaining executive-ready planning templates and databases.
- Partner with Technology to create digital roadmap with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret, organize, and synthesize information from disparate sources to generate succinct, cohesive themes that will inform our enterprise strategy.
Business Acumen: Familiar with the beverage or CPG industry, including relevant macro trends & priorities for a Manufacturing, Selling and Distribution entity.
Communication: Possess effective storytelling and data visualization skills; able to simplify complexity for various audiences. Able to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans as enterprise priorities evolve. Able to work independently while functioning in a matrixed team environment.
Analysis: Strong analytical, problem solving and quantifiable skills. Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools to support data driven planning and decision making. Proficiency in Excel, SmartSheet, Tableau, and/or PowerBI preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (4years)
- Knowledge acquired through work experience-1 up to 3 years
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics preferred
