Job Overview
The ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator II is responsible for managing the service and growth within their designed territory and portfolio of accounts. Through proficient customer relationship skills and fact-based selling, the ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator II’s goal is to meet or exceed their invoicing goals, upsell equipment and preventative maintenance plans, and support the long-term growth of ERS in their territory and portfolio of accounts. This role will be responsible for coordination of projects with venders as assigned. Additionally, this role will be for generating all work orders related to ERS – repair, installation, and preventative maintenance orders; validating all ERS invoice information/bill the customers; as well as receive all receivables and log all information for work orders generation and obtained payments. The ERS Sales Administrative Coordinator II will also be responsible for the creation of quotes on different equipment such as: ice machines, water filtration systems, air compressors, cooler, repair labor, and other services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Invoicing, billing, and payments of all ERS field service sales
- Creates work orders for ERS, repair, install, and PM orders
- Builds and maintains assigned vendor project relationships through communication which includes creating of work orders, scheduling coordination, invoicing, and coordinating of receivables
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Project management
- Organization Communication (internal and external)
- Ability to create and maintain vendor relationships
- MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to use and understand billing software (Service Channel, Corrigo, etc.)
- Ensures positive ROI for Company on all projects and invoices
- Ability to analyze data
- Ability to be flexible
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Kowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct billing and/or customer management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
